How to use ice cream cone machine to make waffle cone? Here steps for your reference!

The ice cream cone machine is manufacture by NuoSi-Cremak Refrigeration Co Ltd. All the steps and suggestions is base on our machines. If you use other brand, maybe not suitable for you.

1. Clean and wash the die. Then set temperature for the lower die and upper die, upper die usually set 220c degree, lower die usually set 200c. At the beginning, because the die is cold, it need 30-40 minutes to rise up the temperature to reach setting temperature.

2. Prepare the raw material: 2000g flour, 1-2pcs egg yolk, 10g suda ash, 50g lard oil(also can use olive oil, vegetable oil), suitable sugar, 2700g water. This recipe just reference, you should adjust according your flavors. Mix all the raw material. smear oils to the lower die and upper die. Then pour into the feeder. Put into the lower die.

3. When reach the setting temperature, the alarm will loud, the ice cream cones are finish.

4. Many people can not make the good ice cream cone at the beginning, you should practice several time, and adjust the different temperature to check which temperature  is best for your raw material.
